On the bay and across the street from the ocean (and just a stroll to the community pool), this upscale four-story 4-bedroom, 4-bath townhome offers an elevator, well-equipped kitchen, wet bar (with wine fridge), two master suites and so much more! All rooms offer an attached balcony (with seating areas) and three of the rooms boast attached bathrooms. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more.6 flat-screen TVs, elevator, gas fireplace, gas grill, Wifi. Parking is available for up to three cars.
Community amenities: Pier, outdoor pool, hiking paths, and picnic area. Beach access is available via a pathway on the east side of Coastal Highway. A $150 resort fee is required from May 15 to September 15.
