This 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo is perfect for families, couples, or friends looking for a fun and relaxing getaway by the ocean.
Spread across two spacious floors, the home features a bright open layout, coastal-chic furnishings, and plenty of thoughtful touches to make you feel right at home. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need—from granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances to a large dining area perfect for meals, games, or cocktails.
The living area invites you to lounge on a comfy sectional that seats eight, cozy up by the gas fireplace, or binge your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. You’ll also find a convenient laundry room and full bathroom on this level.
Upstairs, there are three sunlit bedrooms that comfortably sleep 7–8 guests:
Primary Suite with private bathroom, ocean views from the bed, and an en suite balcony—perfect for morning coffee or a nightcap.
Second Bedroom with a comfy new queen bed, flat screen and private closet.
Third Bedroom with a queen plus twin bed, ample closet space and two dressers for storing clothes, toys or your new vacation treasures.
A second full bath with shower on the second floor ensures plenty of space for everyone to refresh after a fun beach day.
And now for the WOW factor: through the primary Master suite, step out to your private rooftop deck with 360° views of the ocean, bay, and Excursion Park! It’s one of only two rooftop decks in the building and the ultimate spot for sunrise yoga, sunset drinks, or stargazing.

Seaside Sanctuary Includes 1 assigned parking spot (a must in Sea Isle!). But honestly, you can park and forget it—we’re across the street from the beach and walking distance to everything: shops, restaurants, parks, and more.

1. We have an outdoor shed for beach chairs and equipment. The shed fits 7-8 chairs depending on size, in addition to an umbrella, boogie boards etc. The shed has a padlock with code that we provide in the welcome packet notes.
2. The building does not have its own bike rack/bike storage but renters and residents take advantage of the town’s bike racks directly across the street by the beach/promenade entrance. There is ample bike storage and the racks are conveniently located for easy on/off promenade or street access!
3. We do not have an outdoor shower or hose; all owners and renters use the outdoor showers located directly across the street at the bottom of the beach entrance ramp. At first we were unsure if not having our own outdoor shower would be annoying (until this home, we’ve always had access to an outdoor shower at other rentals). I’m happy to report that such is not the case! After nearly a full season, we completely love using the rinse showers! Our chairs and boogie boards (and bodies) get rinsed and rid of sand as soon as we step off the beach. The final steps back to the house are sand-free and relaxing :)
4. We do not provide beach tags. In our experience, they get lost, accidentally taken home at checkout, and ultimately become a source of stress for both owners and renters. You can easily purchase beach tags (cash only!) at any beach entrance. Every beach entrance point has a beach tag checker stationed from 10am-3pm and you can purchase from them any time.
