Downtown attractions are a quick 15 min away, like the historic Pike's Place Market, Pier 55, or the infamous Gum Wall! **While this is a new property, we have over 16 5-star listings with 500+ reviews so you can rest assured that your group will experience a comfortable & luxurious home during your stay!** The Space: Fun in Seattle awaits you in this awesome vacation rental in a great location! Featuring 2 bedrooms and 1 baths and surrounded by a great neighborhood, this is the ideal Seattle living space that won't break the bank! The lovely apartment is perfect for everyone in the Seattle area- one of my favorite places to be! It’s the perfect spot for entertaining and enjoying the beautiful Seattle weather. There are plenty of benches and chairs for ample sitting space for everyone. Enjoy a warm cup of coffee in the morning or a refreshing cocktail at night after exploring the Emerald City. There is a comfortable futon couch in the living room for extra sleeping space, which also include a flat screen TV with cable. The red walls are a super fun and modern touch! We also have a fully stocked kitchen with everything you'll need to for a home cooked meal, and space to enjoy it together at our wooden dining room table. The two bedrooms feature super comfortable beds and new linens! When you wake up after a great nights rest, don't forget we are walking distance to Macrina Bakery & Cafe - just down the street for baked goods and a fresh brew. There are multiple fun living spaces for your group, and the indoor/outdoor areas allow for effortless dining and entertaining. All of our bedrooms have brand new mattresses and high-end luxury linens to ensure you get a great nights rest. Therefore the house can comfortably sleep 5. Please note we also have a beautiful main house rental as well that sleeps 6 for a total of 11 guests if you have more members in your group, just let us know and we'll be happy to direct you to that listing! The house is further polished with: -50" HDTV with cable -50 Mbps Wifi connectivity (very fast and reliable) -BBQ -Washer and dryer in the unit (shared with main house rental unit) -Fresh linens, towels, soaps & shampoos are provided for you (hotel-styled amenities). -Upstairs/downstairs A/C -Fully loaded kitchen with appliances -Minutes away from fancy restaurants, groceries, shopping, parks, cultural centers, and nightlife. .. and much more! The house is 100% yours just like a hotel with a professional cleaning crew that comes in right before your visit. The whole check-in/check-out process is keyless so you can drive up at any hour, press a combination on the door lock and you're in :) While the basement level does not have an A/C unit, it still stays nice and cool during the summer. Bed configuration: Master Bedroom: Queen Bed Bedroom 2: Queen Bed Common Area: Futon bed + lots of extra pillows, blankets, towels to make your stay extra comfortable. We have two security cameras on the exterior of our house to help monitor packages and mail. Guest Access: You will be provided with a combination code to unlock the front door. Interaction with Guests: We're available 24/7, and have contractors on call 24/7 to handle any issues. The Neighborhood: We are located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood! Getting Around: Uber, Lyft and Taxis are easily accessible. Other Things to Note: — IMPORTANT: please read and agree to all house rules. — We have other 5-star properties!
