Alpaca Mountain Retreat sleeps up to 11 people and is a very clean and fully appointed home with 2500 sq feet on two levels of open and newly renovated charm which includes 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, gourmet kitchen, laundry area, large walk-in pantry, spacious main floor dining and living room with stone gas fireplace perfect for gathering, a lower level game room with ping pong table and electronic dartboard. 2 car garage and private driveway. Front and back decks for relaxing and taking in the beautiful views. Mountain and Alpaca Farm views of the adjoining Winchester Creek Farm.
Main level has a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower, a second bedroom with a king bed, a full bathroom with tub and shower, an open concept area with a large gourmet kitchen with a center island with seating for four, a dining room with a table with seating for 8, a walk-in pantry, a family room with a stone gas fireplace and a queen sofa sleeper. There are 2 Twin XL rollaway beds stored in the master bedroom closet that can be set up in the bedroom or the family room. There is access to the back deck and front porch from the main level with seating and a gas bbq on the back deck. There is a large screen Smart TV with cable in the family room and additional Smart TV’s in each bedroom and in the lower level game room.
The lower level has a 3rd bedroom with a heavy duty bunk bed with full size mattresses and a pull out twin trundle, a 3rd bathroom with a shower, a game room with a ping pong table, electric dartboard, and a Smart TV, and a bar height table and chairs. There is also a full size washer and dryer. Access to the attached 2-stall tuck under garage is also from the lower level.
