Elderly Family- First floor bedroom with first floor full bath- no stairs. Have kids?- we can provide anything you might need while away from home. First floor bedroom has a queen bed. A full bath and powder room on first floor. Laundry located on the first floor. No stairs to access first floor. Second floor: 2 bedrooms. One room has a queen bed and twin bed with newly renovated en-suite. Primary Master bedroom has a king suite, newly renovated master bathroom attached to a private deck.
Enjoy the entire yard, and parking. The back deck and patio are perfect places to relax by the fire pit. Located in a quiet waterfront community, this neighborhood is filled with friendly faces, sweet dogs, and offers a tranquil sense of privacy.

The detached garage in the photos is occupied Monday through Thursday from 9AM-4PM with an IT business with 2 employees. They do not have access to the home, patio, or balcony. You might just run into each other in the driveway. They do not park in the driveway. There are NO interior cameras. There is a doorbell camera beside the front door, and an exterior camera facing the back of the home. Administrative fee will sometimes be added to one night stays.
