Beau Cottage has a professionally decorated interior, nine foot ceilings and oversized windows, the space is airy and light filled. Comfort and style prevail and we hope you will feel at home.
With two spacious bedrooms, two full baths, a living room, dining room, TV room, a small but well equipped kitchen and a generous front porch, your stay will be comfortable and convenient.
Beau Cottage is a one story home with three easy entries: a front door, a kitchen side and a rear door to the master bedroom. Each bedroom is equipped with blackout curtains and ceiling fans for a good night's sleep. The washer and dryer are easily accessible on the main living floor within the master ensuite bathroom.
Special notes about the cottage:
A handicapped access is located at the rear of the house and the house is equipped with an inline generator that automatically comes on to power the house in the event of a power outage.
The original, oversized, double hung windows are NOT operable. The house is older and over the years they have become none functional.
There is a little slope to the house's main hall floor but this only adds to the charm of an older home.
