THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway parking available for 4 vehicles. Parking on the street is prohibited.
• Pet friendly! Pets must be approved prior to booking. Dogs only, maximum of 2, 65 lbs. or less allowed. No other pet types are permitted. An additional daily pet fee of $35 will be included in addition to your final booking cost. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. Additional pet requirements are as follows:
o Pets must be current on their shots and flea and tick treatments.
o If you are staying with pets, please ensure all pet waste is picked up and disposed of properly. If any pet waste is found, additional charges will apply.
o Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture at any time during stay.
o Pets must be leashed at all times except in the enclosed fenced backyard.
o Pets cannot be washed or showered in tubs or sinks.
o Pets must not be left unattended and have to be in a kennel/crate while guests are not inside of the residence.
• This home is equipped with two (2) external Ring security cameras. The first is located on the doorbell, actively monitoring the front lawn. The second is located on the front of the house near the side door, actively monitoring the driveway.
• An additional barbeque fee of $40 per propane tank will be applied if used.
