This house is located in the heart of Virginia’s New River Valley and is 26 minutes from the Rock House Marina. The neighborhood is a small quite neighborhood. The home is right on Claytor Lake and has a dock for your own private access to the water. If you are visiting for more than just the lake, you are close to many other things as well, we are about 40 minutes to Virginia Tech, 30 minutes to Radford University, 48 minutes to the New River Trail, 30 Minutes from Draper Valley Golf Club, and located within 30 minutes of several wineries and breweries. The area is great for a summer lake vacation, a fall get-away to enjoy the beautiful fall colors, or a peaceful winter retreat.

All areas of the house, decks, and dock are open for access to guests. The dock available for use by renters and their guests for sun-bathing and swimming, there is space for renters to dock their own boat.
