Welcome to the Desert Resort! This gorgeous 5 bedroom 4 bath home is nestled in North Phoenix and gives you all the privacy you need while still being close to ample prime locations. This home has an AMAZING backyard filled with amenities. Included in the backyard is a lighted basketball and pickleball/tennis court, 9 hole golf putting course, pool, above ground hot tub, and even a separate casita! This home can sleep over 16 people giving you the flexibility to keep your group together!
The space
The Desert Resort was designed specifically to entertain our guests at a high level. Around the home, you will find many different pull out sofas, beds, bunk beds, and more to make sure that everyone has a comfortable place to sleep. Being in North Phoenix, means you are surrounded by Desert beauty! Located closely to the property, you will find Phoenix Sonoran Preserve which is made up of many trailheads. Also, Cave Creek national park and lake pleasant are only 13 miles away. This home was built on a large plot of land leaving space to make this backyard truly a resort. In the backyard you will first be greeted by an amazing pool surrounded by lounge chairs. Next, you will see a hot tub and outdoor fire pit to relax with your loved ones. Included in the backyard is also an amazing 9-hole putting course to get a taste of one of the countries biggest golf mecca cities. Also in the backyard you will find yourself in front of a lighted basketball and pickleball/tennis court. When it is time to get in the kitchen, we have an outdoor kitchen with a barbeque, huge outdoor dining table, and tons of seating for the rest of the crew to sit back and wait for their tasty meal. Inside the home you will have an 8 seater dining room table and a large living room to sit back on. Each bedroom was designed to sleep many people so you will see we have everything from pull out trundles under bunk beds, to sleeper sofas ready to be deployed.
