Living Spaces
The first floor boasts an open-concept layout with a spacious kitchen, dining room, and living area. Enjoy ocean views through the front windows, or step through the sliding doors to the back patio. We’ve recently added a stunning 4-season sunroom—an ideal space for enjoying the sunrise or sunset, surrounded by coastal ambiance. Large windows bring the outdoors in, allowing you to feel the sea breeze even while indoors.
For entertainment, we offer high-speed Wi-Fi, a 55-inch TV with many streaming options, and various board games. Subtle nautical touches throughout the home reflect the coastal spirit. The kitchen is a true highlight: cook, bake, and entertain in style with upgraded countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an island designed for gathering. Wine lovers will appreciate the built-in wine cooler in the center island, and the separate bar area, complete with a new sea-glass tile backsplash, is perfect for crafting cocktails.
The first floor also includes a beautifully renovated half bath with unique tilework and an enclosed outdoor shower, available from April through October. The shower offers both hot and cold water with excellent pressure.
Bedrooms & Comfort
The second floor features the master bedroom with stunning ocean views. Sliding doors lead directly to a renovated deck where you can enjoy a morning coffee or evening cocktail while soaking in the breathtaking view. Two additional bedrooms on the second floor provide ample space for your group. One bedroom offers a full bed with a trundle, and the other has a queen bed, ensuring there’s plenty of room for everyone. The finished basement includes a full pullout couch, a TV, and space to stretch out. A washer and dryer, an ironing board, and a clothes steamer are also available, along with an extra freezer for your convenience.
