5 Bedroom House in Appleton, Freedom
5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, & a fully finished basement w/ 75" TV & bar! Watch tv in the hot tub! Plenty of room for yard games! Outdoor dining table and bar with mini fridge, and a smoker/grill combo!
Located in north Appleton - 10 min drive to downtown Appleton, 20 mins to Lambeau, 25 mins to EAA airshow. Local cafe & food shops nearby.
The space:
3 bedrooms have Queen beds, 1 has a twin over full bunk bed, Master bedroom has a King Tempur-Pedic adjustable bed and private bathroom. Plenty of room in basement for a few King air mattresses if desired. 2 gas fireplaces indoors, 3 fireplaces outdoors.
Custom smoker/grill combo outside. Comes with charcoal grill on left side, and smoker on right side that uses real wood (not pellets).
The pool is open May 1st - mid October (weather permitting). The pool is 3.5’ deep in shallow end & 5.5’ deep in deep end.
Hot tub is open year round.
For your safety there are Nest cameras at the front and rear entrances. They are motion activated, and record video and audio. They are only looked at if an incident occurs. There are no interior cameras.
High Speed TDS Internet, 2 pack & plays, & 2 king size & 2 Queen size air mattresses available. Netflix, Prime Video, MLB Network, & NFL Network provided. Xbox 1S available.
We can also arrange in-home massages from a licensed massage therapist! (Subject to availability and prior notice.)
Extreme Air Trampoline Park is .5 miles away. Badger Sports Park is 1 mile away. Timber Rattlers Stadium is a 10 min drive. 5 mile paved bike trail and beautiful park around the corner!
House Rules :
We will do our best to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs. Advance notice is requested so that we can coordinate with our cleaners.
For legal and accounting purposes, the person placing the reservation must be the same person as the credit/debit card holder. This person is considered the Guest. All other persons involved with the rental are considered to be the Guest's invitees, and all discussion regarding the reservation, cancellation, and damage policies will be discussed with the Guest, not the Guest's invitees. The Guest understands that we only rent to responsible adults over the age of 25.
The property is for the use of vacation purposes. Guests shall not use the property for any illegal or unlawful purposes, nor shall the property be used in such a fashion that disturbs or offends the neighbors.
Guests and the Guest's invitees shall use the pool and hot tub at their own risk. No lifeguard is on duty. Guests shall not permit use of the pool or hut tub by unsupervised minors. For your own safety - No diving or doing backflips into the pool.
Guests are required to notify hosts immediately of any damage to the home, including storm damage, or any serious concerns relating to plumbing or electrical issues.
Smoking is only allowed outdoors, and is NOT allowed on daybeds.
We are open to small events such as bridal showers, baby showers, birthday parties, card game nights, etc. on certain days (such as Sunday 2-6, or 2-8). One-day events will be limited to Sundays-Thursdays (otherwise the 2-3 night minimum applies). These events would need pre-approval. No underage drinking. Any gatherings entailing the services of strippers or escorts are not permitted - any violations will result in immediate removal from the property, and no refund will be given.
An additional cleaning fee will apply for odor removal needed resulting from smoke or poor hygiene.
All guests must be at least 25 years of age, unless accompanied by a parent/guardian. Violations of this condition will result in being asked to leave immediately, and there will be no refund!
Please be respectful of neighbors - quiet hours begin at 10 pm.
Do NOT use chalkboard markers on anything but the chalkboard! They stain the concrete.
Do not flush feminine hygiene products.
Please leave all used towels on the laundry room floor at checkout.
Cancellations : Refunds will not be issued due to acts of nature such as : weather, road conditions, power outages, etc. Travel Insurance does provide some protections against these instances, we highly encourage Guests to purchase Travel Insurance. If the property is uninhabitable due to such events, you can reschedule your visit for a future date within one year of the reservation.
Change of Dates Policy : There is no guarantee of approval for changes to your reservation once confirmed.
Repair & Service Calls : We cannot guarantee against mechanical or electrical failure of air conditioning, fans, lights, televisions, hot tub or other equipment. Guest agrees to report any inoperative items promptly, and the host agrees to make every effort to have maintenance done quickly. Should a repair person conclude that the equipment is in working order, or that the failure was due to the actions of the Guest, then the charge for the service call will be billed to the Guest and Guest agrees to pay the charge. No refund or rent reduction will be given due to failure of such equipment.
Right to Enter : If necessary, owner or designated vendors may enter the property to inspect or make any necessary or requested repairs. Every effort will be made to give Guests advance notice of entry, and entry will only occur during reasonable hours - except in the case of emergencies, such as major plumbing issues (such as a flooded room) or any other major issues requiring immediate mitigation.
Household supplies : Soaps, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper goods, and other necessities will be provided. If your group would like specific items/groceries available upon arrival, we are happy to stock the fridge and pantry for an additional fee (cost of requested items, plus a service fee).
Washer & Dryer : Please use with care. Please clean lint trap after each dry cycle.
Spills : Please clean up immediately. If spill is on linen or furniture, please wash immediately to avoid stains. Norwex towels are provided and can be found in the laundry room.
Excessive Utility Usage : Rates are based on normal use of A/C, pool heater, etc. Those who have excessive usage will be billed for any usage beyond what is considered "normal usage".
Please be respectful of the property and leave it as you found it.
Please do not leave umbrellas open at night or during high winds. Damage to umbrellas that occurs due to the guests failure to close umbrellas will result in a fee to repair or replace the item.
Please clean and put away dishes prior to departure.
Please do not move furniture. There will be a $50 fee to move any furniture back to its original place.
Checkout is at 11:00 am. There will be a $50 fee per hour that the housekeepers cannot get in at 11 am (per partial or full hour).
