Summary: We had a family vacation with ages ranging from4yrs - 65yrs. The layout was great for allowing each family to have their own private bathroom space. Living room and dining rooms were large enough to fit our full group. The third story balcony was a great spot for breakfast and to watch the boats move by in the evening. The ocean views from the top two floors were wonderful! The empty garage was accessible by the interior, so we stored our golf clubs in there when not in use. Quick and easy drive to Scarborough and Roger Wheeler state beaches. There are a number of stairs (which was made clear up front) so you should make sure your group is okay to handle the climb! Home was very clean, and had no carpet or heavy linens. Great from an allergy perspective!
