This SOUTHWEST unit is 1,400 sq ft and features: wide plank hardwood floors throughout, top of the line appliance package, Quartz countertops, high ceilings, gas fireplace full size washer & dryer and large closests in each of the three bedrooms Rooftop deck has 4 chairs & table the front deck has 2 Adirondack chairs and table and a gas grill. Owner provides pillows and blankets for tenant use.. Shows like new.
