Including three sofas, it can sleep 6 adults easily. The home has a large great room area, dining room and office/den. The kitchen is a full kitchen with all the amenities needed for operation. Oven, stovetop, two refrigerators, microwave and other small appliances. There is a two car enclosed garage with a work area and golf cart. Outside patio area is large with outdoor furniture, gas Barbque and a jacuzzi spa. The house landscape is desert. A small patch of grass is in the back for a little green to accommodate pets. The entrance has a beautiful cactus garden with small wildlife to enjoy. Landscape is maintained by the owner. This house is pet friendly with a med size doggie door. The yard has a 6 foot wrought iron fence for protection of pets but open enough to see and watch golfers coming by on the 15th hole of Willow Creek Golf course. And of course the beautiful sunsets! Sun City also gives the opportunity for renters over 55 to purchase a recreational pass to use the Rec centers, golf courses and entertainment in Sun City.
