You will have access to the entire home, yard & dock!
• The home sits on a large lot and has a grass covered front & backyard area with lots of shade trees making it perfect for yard games, tailgating & hanging at the lake.
• Large circle drive with enough parking for about 6 vehicles if needed.
• Please don't park in the grass.
• Secure bike storage available if needed. Reach out to us and we'll get you the shed lock code.
• Boat/Boat Trailer parking is allowed as long as it remains on the driveway.
• Guests are also allowed access to Bella Vista POA amenities as guests if they request guest passes from us within 3 business days before arrival and after booking is confirmed. Instructions given after booking. These amenities are not free but you are given access to them for a cost per activity as a guest. Costs of activities can be found on the Bella Vista POA website.
