Our San Diego property is located in the lovely neighborhood of Pacific Beach, just two blocks from the beach and two blocks from Mission Bay. It is ideal for families, retirees, and young couples alike with it having an enclosed back yard (good for the little ones) with a brand new BBQ, lawn chairs for telling stories, as well as a lemon tree! The property has a driveway with a private gate for two vehicles as well as street parking available-- a huge plus for summertime in this popular San Diego beachside suburb. This property is within walking distance (3 minutes or less) of not only the beach but many popular restaurants, bars, coffee/ice cream shops, Garnet street shopping, and a grocery store! Our neighborhood is quiet but close to fun so we ask our renters to be respectful of our wonderful neighbors who live in the area year around. The house was built in the 1950's when Pacific Beaches' palm tree lined streets were made of sand so it has an old feel charm which we LOVE! There is cable, smart TV, a DVD player, & WIFI internet access, AND washer/dryer in home. Shower towels provided.

There is a private studio above the private garage in the back of the home. This studio is occupied by the owners daughter and son-in-law. They maintain the property, are very quiet, and there to answer any questions if needed! There is a privacy fence separating the studio, as well as a separate entrance to the studio so backyard is for private use of VRBO guests during stay.
