This updated cottage is located in Knox Henderson, walking distance to the best restaurants, roof top bars, wineries, live entertainment and shopping. We offer an amazing back yard pool, hot tub and a well decorated interior. The backyard is spacious, alongside outdoor seating and a BBQ grill.
The entire backyard has been turfed along with a large wooden deck for tanning and lounging by the pool. We also offer a combination of upgrades and originality inside the home. The two bathrooms have been completely remodeled and all original wood flooring has been refinished. Flat screen TVs have been added to both bedrooms since photographs were taken. This is a great home for families, weekend getaways, sporting events, business trips and more.
POOL and HOT TUB:
The pool is available for use year round, however, it is NOT a heated pool. The hot tub is ONLY available for use the months of October, November, December, January, February and March. The hot tub isn't available in the Summer months. Instructions for use will be provided to guests booking within the months of October, November, December, January, February and March. In the event we fall below freezing, the pool/hot tub will go into “Freeze Protection” preventing the hot tub from being available for use. This prevents the pool pipes from freezing over. This doesn’t happen but one or twice per winter.
ATTENTION: Absolutely NO smoking, NO pets, NO parties. We also do NOT allow the use of glitter or confetti inside or outside the home. Pool is NOT heated. Out of respect for our neighbors and neighborhood rules, NO loud music or yelling past 10:00PM. Unfortunately, we have had people disrespect these rules in the past and therefore we were FORCED TO END THEIR STAYS EARLY.
