Walking distance to Abes Store, fly shop and restaurant and to the Sportsman Store and restaurant. House has recently been updated with new floors, lighting and furniture. evaporative cooler, free wifi, large TV with DVD player. The backyard is newly landscaped and includes a 12' X 20' deck that overlooks the river. This area is perfect for bird watching and stargazing. There is also a 12' X 16' aluminium gazebo with table and chairs. Fully equipped kitchen, outdoor grill. Plenty of parking.
