The Lazy Worm Getaway has a private boat ramp and covered dock that allows you to enjoy your water toys the entire stay on our private lot. Enjoy the amazing sunsets on the lake from a covered front porch with twin ceiling fans. The one bedroom, one bath cabin offers a queen bed, full sleeper sofa and a chair that pulls out to a twin bed. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us with any questions.
*Fully stocked kitchen allows you to cook your fresh catch.

* Private pavilion on lot that has water and electric hook up,
*Pets allowed, dogs only. Pet fee $35 per stay. No cats unfortunately due to family member with cat allergy. See house rules for additional pet requirements.
* Events allowed for less than 20 guests, keep in mind the extra fee if more than 4 stay overnight, please notify us in advance if planning on an event
* Kayaks and paddleboards available to rent at rate of $25 each for the entire stay, please let us know in advance if requesting kayaks or paddle boards so we can have them for you prior to your check in
* The lake can get shallow during some winter months based on if Alabama Power wants to release water (typically 3-6 feet lower than summer months ) from the dam. Some years they don’t release water. Please don’t hesitate to ask if any concerns.

No smoking inside the cabin or RVs. No illegal substances allowed on the property.
No candles allowed in cabin.
Please take care of the house keys. Lost keys will incur a replacement fee of $30.
If the neighbors are present, please have a respectful noise curfew around 11 pm.
