The Purple Picket House is a colorful, laid-back home in a quiet neighborhood just a short drive from Cocoa Village. With its purple picket fence, bright front door, and boho-style touches, the house feels comfortable and Artistic , with plenty of personality. It’s a great fit for guests who enjoy spaces that feel relaxed and a little different.
Inside, the home has three bedrooms with 3 Queen beds and one bathroom, along with a full kitchen, a living room, and a separate sitting area where you can read, chat, or simply slow down. There’s also a washer and dryer for added convenience. The garage has been converted into a game room that works well as an extra hangout space.
