Welcome to the Wren's Nest!
This spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath chalet style home is ready for your Dells vacation. Located across the street from the clubhouse and next door to the Spring Brook Condos, this home's location is extremely convenient! Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck that wraps the entire front of the house, which is nestled behind the 4th hole on Spring Brook's 9-hole course. There is a large gas grill for your use, with grilling utensils provided. A quaint firepit and picnic area are located in the backyard, surrounded by gorgeous pines.
Walk into an open great room with a gas fireplace, TV, dining area and well-stocked kitchen with dishwasher. The large country dining table is adjacent to the seating in the great room, and doubles as a space for kid's games or conversing over glasses of wine.
Walk down the main floor hallway to a guest bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath across the hall. Continue on to the large main bedroom with a king bed, and attached en-suite with whirlpool tub, dual sinks, and shower. Main floor laundry is conveniently located just off the bedroom in a walk-in closet and is available for guest use. The open staircase leads to a loft area overlooking the great room, with a TV and fold-down futon. The bedroom just behind holds two queen beds, with an adjacent full bathroom with a jetted tub.
There are TVs in all sleeping areas, with deluxe cable channels. Free Wi-Fi is also provided!

The Wren's Nest is centrally located within the resort and is just a short drive or walk to Spring Brook's Clubhouse, which is home to the Spring Brook Sports Bar & Grill, indoor/outdoor pools, fitness room, golf course and pro shop. Home sleeps maximum of 10, rates based on 6 people over the age of 3. Extra guest fee of $15/night per additional guest applies. Security Deposit of $500 required.
