Poconos West is our family mountain retreat that we want to share with others. It captures the essence of a mountain home; picturesque, quiet, cozy, and a sense of belonging and place. Amenities include outdoor spa, yoga studio, gym, and separate office. Cabin layout provides the space needed to host two families or multiple couples comfortably. The home's neighborhood is a designated residential quiet zone, with regulations in effect, so not suitable for party goers.

The space
The home is a classic A-frame chalet, with lots of natural light flowing through the windows in the landing. Each bedroom is quiet and private, with two having ensuite bathrooms that have large tubs. The bunk room has 4 beds; one twin/twin bunk, and one twin with twin trundle. In the master, there is also a trundle bed under the king intended for parents with a child who would prefer to stay in a room with them, but optimally in their own bed.
There is a high-end full size pullout sofa-bed in the loft. Be sure to let us know if you will be using this so that we can have everything ready for your stay.
Guest access
Guests will have full access to the home. There is a large wrap around deck with outdoor living space with stunning views and a BBQ. A spa is located just off the back deck. Guests will also have access to the converted garage, where the gym, yoga studio and office are located.
Other things to note
The fireplace is wood burning, with firewood available along side the outside of the home just outside the kitchen door.
There is central air conditioning and heat.
PETS: We welcome well behaved dogs, we have one ourselves! All guests who are accompanied by a pet accept the responsibility for their animal while in the home. Maximum of two pets. The cost to bring pets is $100/stay. Dogs must be kept on a leash anytime not either in the home or contained within the fenced back yard. Extra pet towels for wiping dirty paws are located above the dryer. Any damage, or extra cleaning due to excessive dirt/hair/urine, will be remedied at the cost of the guest. Structural/furniture repair costs due will be actual. When carpet cleaning is required, the fee will be $380.
The home is located within a designated "quiet zone". This means that excessive noise could be reported to the local municipality and fines potentially incurred (these fines are paid by the guests). We want folks to enjoy themselves and the property while being respectful of our neighbors nearby who reside full time.
