Come enjoy all NOLA has to offer in our centrally located rental! Les Chambres de NOLA offers an entire private unit consisting of a bedroom, full kitchen, bathroom and living room with a sofa bed. The bedroom has a new comfy pillow top queen bed, the kitchen is freshly painted with a new stainless stove, stand-up shower in the bath, and living room with a small eating area. We are walking distance to Tulane University and the streetcar along with numerous restaurants, bars and shopping! Super quiet and safe area.
The Space
The rental is a separate apartment in our house on the bottom floor. You enter through the downstairs door into your living room through a keypad lock. Next to that is the bathroom, kitchen, and bedroom in the back. This is considered a raised basement house so the ceiling height is seven feet. Taller people may not be as comfortable in our space.
Guest access
There is ample street parking available. You do need to park with the flow of traffic. The streetcar is 4-5 blocks away and takes you into the city for $1.25. Uber and Lyft allow for a quick ride into the city as well. There are numerous stores, shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance.
Other things to note
Please note that this is an apartment in our house located on the first floor. We live upstairs so you will hear some living noise from time to time. We do try to keep quiet when we have guests but we have a child and small dog that don't always listen.
