The space
This spacious 4 bedroom, 2.25 bath 1920s modernized home sits a almost rigth on top of the water, WestBank beach facing Fox Island. There are views from both levels, Large master upstairs , as well as a small office area and glam area. Windows bring in stunning views of the water and mountains. Big upstairs master bedroom with cozy king size bed, sleeping/reading nook. Three additional bedrooms all with new beds. The comfy queen bed, sleeping nook, tons of closet space; the second has a comfy queen bed, and the third with full.

The entire home main floor is open concept easy to entertaining your family and friend's beachfront is yours to enjoy. Parking for 6 vehicles.

As a private residence in an established neighborhood, please be considerate of the neighbors' property and privacy.
Fire pit and BBQ (unless there is a burn ban in force). No loud activity past 10pm please.
Please bring your own kayaks and paddleboards, and personal flotation devices beach accesses available for your use two doors down. A great way to explore the area!
