The first floor also includes a full bathroom and a game room, offering a separate room to gather, or to serve as a private bedroom for additional guests.
The second floor has six bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Four of the bedrooms offer breathtaking water views wi the 3 king bedrooms also having access to the second-floor balcony.
The rear of the home opens up to direct bayfront access with a deck stretching the entire length of the property. The sunset views are simply breathtaking. Walking down off the deck, you’ll access the dock with a boat slip included. The owners keep one boat docked for private use, but will provide access to a kayak, paddle board and crabbing cages for during your stay.
Note: Updates to be complete by May 2026: primary bedroom (floors, walls and furnishings), new floors through most of the house, freshly painted, furnishings for deck, 1st floor game room with sleeping for an additional two occasional guests (sofa bed).
