You'll find modest hiking trails in the adjacent woods, as well as direct access to the river right from the property (Cundy's Harbor is about a 15-minute ride by motorboat). If you walk down the road or follow the wooded path at the top of the drive, you'll come to a shared association dock for swimming. The legendary shipbuilding town of Bath is also just 10 miles northeast.
