THE SPACE
This 3-level A-frame home is located on a large corner lot in a quiet waterfront neighborhood. It features two levels of decking, with an outdoor dining table on the lower deck. The driveway accommodates parking for three vehicles.
The main level offers an open layout with a spacious living and dining area, a full kitchen, a bathroom, a laundry room, and a mudroom at the entryway. Upstairs, the master bedroom includes a king-size memory foam bed, an ensuite his-and-hers bathroom, and a private deck. A second bedroom with a queen-size bed also provides plenty of natural light.
The fully furnished basement includes a queen memory foam bed, a work area with a computer desk, and a lounging area with surround sound entertainment. The home is equipped with 100% Turkish cotton bath towels and 800 thread count Egyptian cotton bedding with hypoallergenic duvets for a comfortable stay.
GUEST ACCESS
Guests will enjoy full uninterrupted access to the entirety of the home during their stay with the exclusion of the boiler room closet which is locked for maintenance and housekeeping. Please park in the driveway. Guests cannot park on neighboring properties or the street. The lower level door off the driveway is the entry door and will lock automatically behind you when exiting. Keys to the other doors will be in a lockbox if needed during your stay. The outdoor shed is locked but there are 2 outdoor storage containers under the deck to store your water and beach toys in.
