Three bedroom home in a quiet cul-de-sac in North West Modesto. There is plenty of parking in your own driveway. New flooring and paint through out. Close to Kaiser hospital (1 mile), Costco, shoping, the mall, restaurants and easy freeway access.
There is a full kitchen with Kureg coffee maker, basic cooking supplies and dishes. The Master bedroom has it's own slider facing a private fenced back yard. All bedrooms have black out drapes, The living room is a comfortable living space and the large dining area with a big table is perfect for family gatherings. There is also a washer and dryer including soaps and fabric softeners for your use. This house is newly remodeled and new to VRBO. We are still adding ammenities as we go. As of this posting we do not yet have internet or TV.
