GULF BLUE HAVEN HOUSE RULES
1. Must be at least 25 years of age to rent the property.
2. No parties allowed.
3. No smoking.
4. Pets are not allowed inside the property or on the grounds.
5. No early check-ins or late check-outs.
6. Place garbage containers on the curb on Sunday and Wednesday evenings for garbage
pick-up on Monday and Thursday.
6. Quiet hours - 9:00 P.M. to 8:00 A.M.
7. Please respect our home as well as our neighbors. Simply put, we ask that you will treat both as you would your own.
*If house rules #1, 2, 3, and/or 4 are violated, guests will be asked to leave the property immediately and forfeit any refund. Also, a violation of house rule #4 will result in the guests being charged $600 for deep cleaning of the property.
