Several outdoor spaces to enjoy, including multiple porches and a fire pit, with a fenced yard. An easy few-block walk to the Red Bank coffee shop, Hartman’s bakery, Sepia wedding chapel, Central Park, several bars, & Cool City Brewery (coming summer 2022). Walk to Washington Park & the East Twin River, bike or short drive to Neshotah Beach& the Hamilton Wood Type Museum.
The space is a luxurious manor built in 1913 that has been fully renovated and restored with original woodwork preserved. Lots of natural light makes it a very photogenic home, and it's a great “getting ready house” for a bridal party. The brand new chef's kitchen has matted quartz countertops, stainless appliances, with island and breakfast bar seating for 5. The dining room table seats 6, and the living room has seating for 6-7. Bathrooms are ample-sized, with an oversized spa tub in the upstairs bathroom. Bedrooms are outfitted in luxury linens with extra pillows and high quality mattresses. An empty dresser is provided in each room to accommodate longer stays. The yard is large and fairly private, with lots of areas to entertain and room for pets to run.
