Beautiful sunsets. Natural light, lakefront. Swans, ducks, birds, even eagles! Custom patio, outbuilding/Zen Zone w/porch and deck. Swim, fish, sit on the dock or by the fire pit and watch the stars. Outdoor movie screen (weather permitting). Unique outdoor spaces. Snowshoe, cross country ski in winter. Hiking/biking trails w/in walking distance. We live on a bumpy dirt road, so traffic is minimal.
There is no air conditioning, however, since we are on a lake and below grade it is generally cooler.
While this is a quiet area, there are boats on the water and children in the neighborhood. We live in the main residence and our amazing grandchildren do visit. Yard spaces may be shared. Easy highway access. Ideally located between Providence and Boston.
