Summary: The room was very clean and the evening staff were excellent. Joshua was very helpful, courteous and attentive. I saw him with a curious child of a parent checking in and he was showing him everything that he was doing to get them checked in on the computer. It was nice to see someone taking the time to be nice! ( I hope this makes it to the people that need to see it.)
