This property is perfect for outdoorsmen, fishermen, wildlife enthusiasts, or anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and unique stay. Sit on the east facing deck & watch the seasonal migration of Sandhill Cranes or enjoy the antics of our nearby free-range chickens & ducks as well as a herd of friendly goats. Comfortable guesthouse is equipped with central heat/cooling, 2 burner gas cooktop, small convection oven, dishwasher, full sized fridge, coffee & espresso machines, microwave, apartment sized washer & dryer, blackout shades, wifi, & TV with Roku. Fully stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, pots, pans, & linens. Sofa folds down into twin sized futon bed though may not be comfortable for adults. Patio furniture, outdoor dining area, firepit, & BBQ grill located just outside. Good amounts of storage space in the bedroom drawers & wall cabinetry as well as an elevated platform bed frame allowing additional storage space underneath.
