With 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, it is ideal for a couple's weekend away or an extended stay visiting nearby family and friends. This place offers a open floor plan kitchen, dining room, and living room. Very spacious and inviting!

We are located about 15 minutes from Cookeville, TN and have a Dollar General a couple miles away for anything you may have forgotten
-Visit Central Park Livingston for a fun family activity of live music, playground, or splashpad.
-Visit Standing Stone State Park or Cummins Falls State Park which are less than 20 minutes away.

This area is known for its beautiful scenery. Culper Retreat is within an hour to 7 lakes and state parks. Take a short drive to any of the local waterfalls within an hour of Culper Retreat. It is also convenient to the city of Cookeville, with many shops, restaurants, activities, and home to Tennessee Tech University.
