- The Manor House features two distinct living areas: the upper two floors for short-term Airbnb rental and a long-term rental unit on the first floor with a separate tenant.
- Although there is no shared indoor space between the units, both share the driveway.

This home is centrally located at the heart of Downingtown Borough, offering easy access to major roads and within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, parks, and the local train station.
Getting Around:
Getting around Downingtown, PA, is quite easy. Major highways like the Pennsylvania Turnpike, Route 30, and Route 322 provide easy access to nearby cities. The SEPTA regional rail system, with a station in the borough, offers commuter rail service to Philadelphia and other destinations. The area is pedestrian-friendly with local taxi services, rideshare platforms, and public buses readily available. The area is also part of Chester County's bike-friendly network, promoting cycling as a sustainable mode of transport.
