Welcome to our fantastic 4-bedroom 3-bathroom LAKEFRONT vacation home near the Pocono Mountains perfect for family vacations and getaways! This Pocono area home is located in the private community of Beech Mountain Lakes.
Enjoy a beautiful private 130 acre lake on the western edge of the Pocono region featuring lake views and beautiful sunsets from almost every room, stunning in all seasons!
Enjoy coffee in the 3 season room, relax on the patio, fish and swim from the private dock. Adventure on kayaks or stand up paddle boards or cruise on the pontoon boat on this electric-motor-only quiet and calm lake.
Welcome to this comfortable and modern home, a lakefront retreat!
Car/driver information will be required for all guests. Guests may NOT have loud music and NO parties. Quiet after 9:00 PM. NO fireworks. NO pets. We understand this is not always a good fit for every vacation, please do not request to book if a calm, relaxing getaway is not what you are looking for.

• In the summer the community clubhouse restaurant, which is open to the public, across the lake occasionally hosts live music on the waterfront deck Fri/Sat evening/Sun afternoon.

• Full-size refrigerator in the kitchen and an extra refrigerator downstairs
• Complete sets of utensils, glasses, dishware, pots, pans, and more for a fully stocked kitchen

• Spacious yard and patios for activities, relaxing, and grilling
BEDROOMS:
• Bedroom #1 (upper level) King size bed with ensuite bathroom with shower
• Bedroom #2 (upper level) King size bed with full tub/shower combo bathroom across the hall
• Bedroom #3 (lower level) King size bed with jack and jill bathroom with shower
• Bedroom #4 (lower level) Bunk room with two twin over twin bunks and one twin over queen bunk.
WHAT KIND OF VACATION ARE YOU LOOKING FOR?
Perfect for quiet, relaxing vacations with family and friends. Perfect to disconnect and unwind and enjoy the surrounding beauty in all seasons. Enjoy the mountain life but stay connected with wireless high-speed internet throughout the home and a desk and monitor in Bedroom #3, if you need to check in to stay connected and get some work done, you can do that too!
- Approximately 3.5 hours from Washington DC, 2.5 hours from NYC, 2.5 hours from Baltimore, 2 hours from Philadelphia, and located near the intersection of routes 80 and 81, this home is a quick, easy to access getaway.
-Within 30-60 minutes are ski resorts (which also offer summer activities), historic Jim Thorpe, Tannersville outlet shopping, breweries, wineries, paint-ball, water parks, mini-golf, hiking, biking, golfing, rafting, and attractions like Knoebels Grove Amusement Park, Pocono Raceway.
YOUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME:
The foyer of this 2700 sq. ft. split level family home leads to 2 levels of comfort, entertainment, and relaxation.
As you come up the stairs and look across the open living room with ample seating you will be greeted by beautiful lake views:
- Open layout main living area where lake views abound from the open kitchen, dining room, living room, and sunroom.
-KITCHEN:
Necessary cookware and appliances for large family dinners and holiday meals including: Full-size refrigerator, Keurig Coffee Maker, regular coffee maker, toaster oven, rice cooker, air-fryer, bakeware, blender, and a George Foreman Grill with ample counter space, dishes, and silverware.
- DINING ROOM:
There is plenty of space to gather around the large dining room table with seating for 9-10 and 3 stools at the breakfast bar.
- 3 SEASON ROOM:
Enjoy a cup of coffee and book in the 3-season room.
- LIVING ROOM:
Has a large sectional, additional seating, and a 65” TV.
- UPPER BEDROOMS:
King bedroom #1 is the primary bedroom including an ensuite bathroom with dual vanities and a shower. King bedroom #2 is directly across the hall from another full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo and clothes washer and dryer. All bathrooms have heat lamps to keep you warm in those chilly winter months.
FOYER:
From the front door foyer you can enter the main garage or continue downstairs. The garage is the perfect place to dry and store all your outdoor clothing, sporting, and ski equipment (no car parking) and has a second refrigerator for your use.
-LOWER LEVEL LIVING ROOM:
Large entertainment area that includes another 65” TV, comfortable leather couch, and dual leather recliners and cozy electric fireplace.
Entertainment includes foosball, darts, plenty of board games, beverage fridge, and a game table that seats 4.
-LOWER LEVEL 2 BEDROOMS:
King bedroom #3 has a desk and a monitor – perfect for remote work. Shares a jack and jill bathroom with shower with lower level common space and bedroom #4 which features 3 sets of bunk beds to sleep up to 7– (2) sets of twin over twin bunk beds and (1) twin over queen– a great hangout for kids.
LAKEFRONT OUTDOOR SPACES:
Step through sliding glass doors from lower level living room to the large, paved patio with dining tables and multiple patio chairs. Perfect for outdoor dining, grilling on the propane grill, sunrise coffee, or sunset cocktails.
ACTIVITIES:
-Enjoy private access and lake activities (from May thru October) such as swimming, fishing, kayaking, or paddle boarding from the 15' dock. An (11)** passenger electric pontoon boat is available for rent. A single garage opens to the backyard, perfect for storing your camp chairs, fishing poles, and lake floats. This single garage houses 3 kayaks and 4 paddle boards, plus life vests, for guest use (with signed liability release), extra chairs and yard games. (11) passenger electric pontoon boat for rent directly at home's private dock ($550 weekly/ $250 weekends).
-COMMUNITY:
This is a quiet community. Guests may NOT have loud music. No parties. Quiet after 9:00 PM. No fireworks. Violation will not be tolerated and may result in fines or eviction without refund.
-This community has it's own security and requirements for renting. Prior to your stay, all vehicles related to the reservation must be registered and guests will be required to provide driver, vehicle, and license information.
-Speed cameras and roving patrol are present, speeding and stop-sign violations will result in fines.
-Private boats are not permitted on the lake.
-PA state fishing license is required and can be purchased on the PA fish and game website.
-The Clubhouse restaurant and lounge are walking distance of the house serving lunch and dinner and includes a seasonal dining deck with weekend live music.
A provided registration card with resort fee allows use of amenities at the clubhouse a short drive or walk away. These include (seasonally): indoor pool, racquetball courts, arcade, snack bar, exercise room, outdoor sand volleyball court, indoor/outdoor basketball court, tennis, sports equipment may be available for use from Clubhouse recreation department, playground, pavilion, sandy beach. Please remember this is a quiet community and these are shared amenities.
-The community can close any amenity at their discretion, including use of the lake. Homeowner is not responsible for this and will not offer discounts nor refunds for closure, including weather related closures.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR YOUR STAY:
• A short term agreement is provided and must be agreed to prior to stay.
• Blankets, quilts, pillows are provided.

• Maximum capacity is 5 cars in driveway. Parking on the street is prohibited.
• Absolutely no smoking of any kind.
• Absolutely no parties.
** You are responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your guests during your stay.
Minimum stay:
Late-June/July / August: (7) night minimum. Check in Saturday 4:00 pm, check out 10:00 am Saturday.
Holiday periods: (3) night minimum. (Christmas, New Years, Presidents Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving). September-Mid June: (2) night minimum stay.Check in/out may have some flexibility during these periods.
