Positive: The staff especially Sylvia and Mark went out of their way to accommodate us . Our family had 5 rooms and they were very kind and helpful. Great location for skiing and shopping and dining..Views from our room were very nice and we were right next to the stadium. I would use the hotel again for a short ski vacation.
