Summary: The bathroom was not clean. There were hairs in the tub, hairs all over the toilet and hairs in the sink. When I brought it to management intention they just said well you paid through hotels.com so there’s nothing we can do. With an experience like that I would expect a comp stay for next time I was in town. I was offered a free continental breakfast, which I declined as I am not a breakfast person. I received an “oh no” instead of apologies
