Immaculate raised ranch located on the bay side in Surf City that is allergy free - home has electronic filters. It is a short walk to the beach and to the shops. Vaulted ceiling in the living area make this home light, bright and airy, reflects a homey feel and is immaculate. Owner does not include the bedspreads - they are for show. NO use of hot tub - broken. 2 beach chairs for tenant use are in the outside shower. The home has a dishwasher that uses "pods" only, no liquid soap.
