Come spread out in this family-friendly home which sits in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. It is recently updated and can comfortably accommodate 6-8 people. It is in a central location with quick access to all that Chattanooga has to offer, at about 10 minutes to downtown, Hixson, Hamilton Place, or the airport
The space-
You'll get to enjoy this entire split level 3bed 2bath home. The basement features a laundry and utilities room in addition to a large game room! Kids and adults alike will enjoy playing on full size ping pong and foosball tables. If thats not your style then hone you aim on the dart board, or try to rack up a high score on our mini pac-man arcade game. This is also where we have a small bunk bed for kids and a comfy memory foam futon.
Upstairs you'll find a nice open feeling layout, but with a separate kitchen, dinning, and family room. The kitchen is spacious and comes fully stocked with kitchenware and some basic cooking supplies and snacks. So get cooking, and enjoy meal together in the dinning room, with a beautiful chandelier overhead. Enjoy the fast fiber Wifi and Lounge and stream on the 65 inch Roku smart tv. Try not to fall asleep in the oversized leather recliner. Good luck.
Down the hallway you have the full guest bath on the right with a beautiful newly upgraded vanity and some local art. The bedrooms boast premium linens and towels with comfortable beds of varying firmness. Each room has its own style and has a dresser, nightstand, lamp and closet. In addition the master has a large desk/workspace and an ensuite full bathroom. you'll be sure to love the luxurious gel foam mattress in the master suite. Come and make your self at home while you enjoy Chattanooga!

Guest have access to the entire house. Two cars can be parked side by side in the driveway. Guests may also park on the street

Up to 2 dogs allowed with a 50$ cleaning fee. Dogs not allowed on furniture, 1 large dog bed provided. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times when outside and picked up after. Dogs must be crated if left alone at the home. No other pets allowed, no smoking inside, no parties
