Bring your boat or fishing poles to catch fish off the dock (black drum, catfish, snapper, snook & sheepshead). Light & airy home w plenty of space for parking. 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with a huge kitchen, 2 living areas, dining room, laundry room, and screened porch. There are a total of 4 queen beds (sleeps 8) and there are 3 additional air mattresses (2 queen and 1 full) available upon request.

Enjoy the backyard with private dock, lounge chairs, rocking chairs, firepit, 2 kayaks and paddles, flamingo float and binoculars for nature watching. Bring your fishing poles for prime fishing here.

Bring your boat! Home has a 20’ floating dock on the Cotee River (about a 30 min idle ride out to the Gulf). There are 2 high and low tides usually each day. Bridge clearances out to the Gulf of Mexico are: Grand Blvd. 19.6 ft, Main Street 10 ft, and US 19: 11.6 ft

Check out Downtown NPR just one mile away! Sims Park is a vibrant place for concerts and events featuring a lake, splash pad & playground- beautiful for strolling around. Our favorite restaurants are Herschels for breakfast, Estuary for fine dining, The Social for a rooftop drink at sunset. Unique shops with cool gifts: Lisa's Pieces, The White Heron, Three Quartz Moon, plus plenty of breweries, ice cream shops, and coffee shops too.

DYK? Johnny Cash and June Carter had a house on the Cotee River where they enjoyed fishing and boating to the Gulf waters. So did Shirley Temple and Babe Ruth!
