This is an old house, with plenty of charm, but floors are not completely level in spots and the carpeted stairs to the upstairs are somewhat steep.
We are located south of Brunswick approximately 11 miles from Cooks Corner, which makes for easy day trips up and down the rt 1 corridor. Several local grocery stores and shopping are nearby. Local beaches, restaurants, ice cream and gift shops are a quick drive from the house. There are plenty of walking trails nearby as well.
