Best of both worlds! This town home is a quick couple miles to downtown Breckenridge and offers a quiet, quaint setting with beautiful views of the Breckenridge ski area and alpine meadows on the mountains.
The town home has a convenient layout with both bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, and downstairs offers the open living/kitchen/dining area, additional den with tv and sleeper sofa and 2nd bath. HBO is complimentary. There is a small deck in the back of the property that backs to a mountainside with a gas grill and table/chairs. Great for enjoying warm Summertime temperatures!
Upstairs:
The Master bedroom has a Queen size bed, deck with 2 lounge chairs, (a great place to relax, enjoy the views and soak up the soothing warm sun after a great day of biking or hiking!)
The guest room has a Double bed and TV. This room faces the back of the property, privacy wall and trees.
The upstairs bathroom has been remodeled with a tile/stone shower w/ glass.
Downstairs:
The kitchen is fully equipped, has granite counter tops, stove, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and coffee pot. The dining table is set up for 4, but can seat up to 8 with leaves.
The Den offers a sleeper sofa with a foam mattress and no bar for more comfortable sleeping. The den faces the back of the home and the privacy wall and trees. There is a 42" flat screen TV, HBO and sports channels, and Blue Ray player.
There is a full bath downstairs with bath tub and rain shower head.
Stack-able washer/dryer and internet too!
1 complex up you can catch the shuttle which goes to the Gondola parking lot.
There is parking for two cars at this complex.
Please note: this is someone's personal residence that is rented out when they are frequently out of town. There are personal effects around the house, but every effort has been made to clear out plenty of space for guests food and clothes.

Cancellation Policy: There is a $100 cancellation fee from time of booking until 60 days prior to arrival. Within 60 days of arrival, the reservation is non refundable unless I am able to re-book days. Any recovered funds will be reimbursed. Cancellation insurance call also be purchased.
