Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport is just a 30-minute drive, and the famous Mayo Clinic is within 10 miles. This single-story home sits on a very private desert view lot where you can relax with beautiful sunsets from the hot tub, drinks around one of two fire tables, a family movie or sports on the patio TV! Inside the home you will find a spacious open living area with a cozy fireplace and dining for 6, along with a generously equipped kitchen. There's even an office area if you must! Free high-speed internet and Wi-Fi of course. We provide Apple TV in the main living area and each bedroom has a smart TV - feel free to bring your streaming devices!
