Surfwatcher has been a very popular vacation rental for 25 years. Surfwatcher can sleep 6 comfortably, up to 8 using the fold out futon in the den for an additional $25 per night. There are 3 bdrms a master bdrm with king size bed, bdrm 2 with 2 twin beds, bdrm 3 with a twin over full bunk, plus the den with a futon that folds out onto floor to a queen size bed to sleep 1 or 2.
The beach is directly across the street and can be accessed by a public easement. There is a charming creek running thru the south end of the property. It's outflow onto the beach provides endless entertainment for young and old aquatic engineers.
The great room features a river rock fireplace and a large, well equipped, open kitchen. The chef or chefs can cook, converse and enjoy the view all at the same time. Watch surfers, kiteboarders and beachbound kids, adults and critters all from the huge windows.
There is a large capacity washer & dryer in the utility room, 42" flat screen TV plus dvd player in the den, satellite radio, a second tv in the master. The home has Wi fi. A Weber style BBQ is provided.
There are 2 decks: the south side deck offers wind protection on the blustery days and the north side deck with slider right off dining area has a great ocean and Neahkahnie Mtn. view.
