Summary: The room was quiet and very clean and comfortable. There was no fan in the bathroom which made warm showers fog up the mirror in the bathroom for a longer period of time. The heating/AC unit had a bright blue light that literally lit up the room at night, not healthy for sleeping. The hotel itself was remarkable in that there was an elevator incorporated into this old beachfront house with lots of rooms. There was a good-sized parking lot in the back making it really easy to take bags and belongings into the room. Very precarious exit from the side street onto the main street in front of the hotel. Trying to clear your view of traffic from the left literally puts you in the middle of the street - scary! Very easy travel distance to Kennebunkport. Overall really enjoyed the brief stay and would definitely return.
