Summary: Could not access my room using my phone number as instructed. Took almost an hour from the time I arrived to the time I obtained a usable code. Unable to use streaming services. Bedside light out. Was hoping for comfy bed to crash in after all this, but it was the worst mattress I’ve ever encountered! I’m staying elsewhere next time.
