We are less than 1 mile off of I-95 in the Low Country of South Carolina. Our 62 acre farm is nestled in the “middle of nowhere, but close to every where”. We are located close Beaufort, Charleston and Savannah! Our Tiny House, which used to be our feed shed, offers beautiful scenery from the Red barn, Moss draped Live Oak trees, Pecan Grove, horses, goats, free range donkeys and more. We have a brand-new Bathhouse with 2 full baths. Washer & Dryer too!
Our tiny house is cozy and comfortable. It is equipped with a coffee maker and water supply. The bath house has two full private bathrooms with hot and cold water, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. You also have access to the washer and dryer.
You are welcome to wander the property and enjoy the views. Please don’t not feed any animals. The fencing is also electric. Please take lots of pictures. If you run into our herd of donkey they are pretty comical and friendly. They are free range. You may also meet our barn cat, Rupert. The barn is a private space as well as the area around our home. Enjoy!
