Authentic adobe and beautifully renovated, this is the perfect downtown location, just three blocks from the Plaza with its museums, restaurants, shopping, and art galleries scattered at the Plaza and Canyon Road. You will find a light and bright living room with high ceilings, a stunning kiva fireplace and beautiful works of art. Skylights adorn the comfortable dining room and well-appointed kitchen that has new stainless steel appliances, authentic Talavera tile, and all the cooking equipment you will need to create and serve a delicious meal. The spacious master suite includes a king size bed, television, its own kiva fireplace and a beautifully tiled bathroom with walk-in shower. The guest bedroom includes a queen-sized bed beneath viga ceilings, television, and its own bathroom with tub/shower combination, and laundry facilities. The home is air-conditioned and has wood and Saltillo tile floors throughout. Lovely, private, and spacious courtyards are shaded with mature landscaping.
